Wolf Blass 'Bilyara' Shiraz 2011

最近开始喝起红酒了,好开心哦!
一直以来都喜欢吃吃喝喝。
星期五的夜晚能和好友到pub听听音乐,小酌一杯,多美好。
但是,品尝到好酒都没有把它记录下来的习惯。
也一直想要上红酒课程,可惜,只能过海去上课。
实在是太累人了!! T_T
还是,先从记录自己饮过的红酒吧!

在KL 参加 conference 的空档,晚上去了hard rock cafe!
侍应生大力推荐这只"Wolf Blass 'Bilyara' Shiraz 2011", 大力称赞它的口感滑顺。
售价: RM140 (hard rock cafe)
而网上的价格大约一半。
不巧地发现有个马来西亚红酒网站,可是一定要以箱购买,不过,还是可以当做价格参考。

“Wolf Blass is an Australian winery based in South Australia's Barossa Valley
It was established in 1966 by Wolfgang Blass, a German immigrant from who arrived in Australia in 1961 with little money and a diploma in winemaking. Wolf Blass Wines Ltd was purchased by Mildara in 1991 and six years later bought by Fosters Brewing which then acquired the Rothbury Group in 1998。
When winemaker Wolfgang Blass started producing his style of red and white wines he claimed they would "make strong women weak and weak men strong",Other contentions by Blass include that "parasitic and idiotic funding systems for overseas promotion mean that overproduced wine from Australian irrigated fruit will hit rock bottom, facing competition from South Africa", and "Barossa should focus on what it does best: full-bodied Shiraz". He has also stated that "No table wine over 15% [alcohol by volume] should ever get any medal, anywhere in the world, ever.”




品酒,对我这个门外汉,是很高深的学问。
个人觉得,颜色很透,香气十足,不会涩。
口感很滑顺而且不会辛辣像之前尝试的shiraz。
重点是也不会太甜,充满水果的味道。
这只酒,也适合女人!

什么时候我能尝试其他的系列? 

曾经到过酒行,告诉我说有酒渣涩涩口感的红酒,反而更好喝。
真的吗?我好怀疑???
